This company is a scam!!!!!
I have booked a helicopter flight for 2 of us on 5 Dec 2024, because my flight in last trip was cancelled as technical issues so I have double checked with Helipass if the date is available before I make the payment.
So they were even suggested me to buy insurance additional 40 Euros for each person just for if fight is cancel or want to reschedule it. And then!! Just after the payment few hours later they replied to me the day is unavailable can we do another day, I told them we will leave Reunion after that so we can’t make it different day, so weird thing is they ask me if want to upgrade the package to pay 100 plus for each person then we can do what we have a flight on original date, I was like!? So I told them to cancel because I feel it’s very unusual that I just keep paying money but they keep changing. So they have agreed to cancel my booking and refund (because I have pay for insurance)
But now it’s after one month, I have get zero back from this payment and their reply last time about this is”
official response again”  Regarding your refund request, we confirm that we have forwarded the refund request to the financial department. Your file is being processed.

Please don’t book any service in this company! Is scam!!!!
