Before making the reservation my husband and I checked by phone with the hotel is the room with the balcony on the 5th floor available, they confirmed it is. Once we made a reservation, again,  we put a note that we what that specific room on the 5th floor, that was the main reason choosing the hotel.
Upon arrival we received the second floor. We told the staff and showed the the written e-mail, they were extremely uninterested to help us or to find any solution for the situation, not even an apology, just simply informing us about the situation and that we can leave if we want.
We decided to stay only because it was 4 p.m. and we had an early morning flight that day.
My conclusion is that you can have the room on the 5th floor only by a good luck.
I worked in hospitality for many years and this is the worst customer service that I ever experienced, not up to expected standards, mistakes like this should never happen in a 4* hotel for that price. The hygiene in the rooms does not justify the price, bathroom specifically shower not clean, bed linen has stains...
Avoid.

Nice hotel, the staff was nice and the rooms are bigger than the average in Paris. Really good bathroom and shower size. Coffee, tea and welcome chocolate in the room we're highly appreciated.  A personalized note upon my arrival made me feel special.
I recommend hotel beige.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights during Paris Fashion week. When I arrived, I dropped my luggage off at the front desk and immediately had to leave for a tour. Reception checked me in quickly later that same night with my large luggages waiting for me in the room.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. I noticed a patch of wet carpet in front of the bathroom in the middle of the night and upon notifying Oceane, the receptionist, she immediately gave me fresh towels and made a note for the cleaning service the next day.

Located in a nice walkable area, with lots of food options nearby. I would stay here again.

Really nice and spacious rooms!

Stayed for a week and I loved it. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room is clean, has heated floor for the winter, and is super comfy and cozy to stay.

10/10!

Terrible experience. We called three months in advance to confirm that we could book a room on the 5th floor. They assured us it was possible, and we even called again after officially booking to double-check.

When we arrived, we were given a room on the 2nd floor. The staff insisted that this couldn’t have happened, claiming they don’t specify floor numbers when booking and that we had no proof. They repeatedly stated that the booking was non-refundable.

Fortunately, I had made a note when booking that we were reserving a room on the 5th floor. I showed them the confirmation email.

Only then did they quickly change their tone and offer us a refund—if we chose not to stay. Their apology was weak at best.

We decided to stay since it was already 3 PM, we had taken an early flight, and we didn’t want to disrupt the plans we had made three months ago—especially for just a two-night stay.

No effort was made to mend the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience during our stay. Don’t expect any support from this hotel if they make a mistake. In fact, be prepared to be accused of lying. Really bad customer service.

1/10 – Not recommended.

The hotel is in a great location and looks nice, but for the price, it’s not well maintained. Cleanliness needs improvement—there were stains on the carpet, a leaking showerhead, and other minor issues.
