One of the tastiest ramens that i’ve tried. The vibe is something else, it really feels like an authentic fish market and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that you have to wait in a queue to get in, but in the end it is definitely worth it. I recommend trying the starters too, they are absolutely fantastic. Top quality food and stunning decorations, this is definitely a place I would come back to!

We visited during spring 2024
The broth was oily but light
We order chef’s recommendation with fish topping. Fish fillet was cook 90% which is perfect for me. The noodle is thin and well match with its brother.
The ambiance is busy&noisy, not a place for people who like to have a calm and spacious dinning room.

There are so many better restaurants in Paris that not only treat you better but also offer food that tastes much better than this.

I’m not sure why there’s so much hype around this restaurant. The ramen tasted good—the broth was rich, intense, and flavorful. However, the dish I ordered, the Sardine Bomb, was extremely salty. Even with my strong taste buds, it was still too much for me.

What really brought down my rating, though, was the service. The queue system seemed to work, but not efficiently. Despite the app telling us to arrive at a certain time, we still had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes, meaning we waited nearly an hour to be seated.

To make matters worse, the waitress was incredibly rude. The restaurant was packed, and she kept bumping into me while I was seated. When I asked her where the restroom was, she practically yelled at me and the other women waiting near the toilet.

For €20 for just a bowl of ramen and an hour-long wait, being treated like that is just unacceptable.

i liked everything about this restaurant. the attention paid to detail in vibe and taste is unmatched. the interior design is unique and the fish market noises played make it an almost authentic experience. the actual ramen just gave me an orgasm. love  love love. makes me escape paris for a moment.

Although I had to wait an hour in line, it was worth it! This is currently in my top three seafood ramen series in the world!
