I've honestly never had a bad time at Le Carillon.  Bar staff are extremely efficient in fulfilling orders and the patrons in the area are laid back and relaxed.

Great little "hole in the wall".The mix drinks are superb, which is not something I would have expected. The crowd was very small on the Sunday evening I was there which was perfect for me. Walking distance from the apartment I rented. I'll go there again tonight for a couple of caipirinhas and/or Mojitos.

They don't serve hot chocolate at 18h30....claims they don't do "hot orders " lol. I guess it's not expensive enough. And waiter isn't friendly at all....
