A bit disappointing experience for a one star dining expectation. Starters are fairly good, yet both main dishes from me and my husband feels a lot flat from the look and taste.

My dish was a Venison, the meat itself was actually good, but the burrata and blackcurrant sauce came with it doesn’t fit. The sauce is way too sour and compromised the taste of the meat.

My husband ordered wild hare. We found three small bullets in the meat. Though it’s not unusual because of the hunting, bite on it while eating indeed hurt your teeth, our waiter could have warned us in ahead.

Overall not very impressive dinner for this level.

One of the best Michelin resto we’ve tried in Paris. Loved the creativity of the chef. The ambience inside is nice (some other Michelin places here are jam packed, unsure how they got the star)
Service is really good too! Again, not something to take for granted here in Paris, even for a Michelin restaurant!!

Beautiful dinner. We found the hotel at the AMEX website, and I am very happy with the choice. Amazing food and great price for s michellin restaurant. The service was nice we went for 2 main courses instead to get a started. The front saloon of the restaurant looks nicer than the back were we were sit. The chef offers a nice combination of amouse bouche. We chose the 2 fishes of the menu. As well one beef.

We had the chef special : whole chicken. It was really delicious and huge we have to take the remaining away as it was difficult to finish. They were generous on the truffle. They had a seaweed butter I remember which I didn't really like as it was too much of the sea fish taste. not really a good combination with the bread.

Staff members are friendly. service is good. living up to the mMichelin standard but not exceeding it.

This was the worst Michelin star or high end restaurant I have ever been to. First, they put this burnt purée chip on everything. It just tastes like burnt pan. The scallop appetizer was accompanied by completely unseasoned white vegetable. I think it was radish. The scallops themselves were unseasoned. So all I could taste was the burnt chips. And this was the theme of the entire meal. My filet mignon was the size of two of my fingers, and it sat in a plate of these burnt chips with what appeared to be the powder made from these burnt chips. If you like burnt tastes, you will love it!
