Very nice place excellent service but overall the food experience was not good enough for a 2 star Michelin restaurant. Certainly not for its high end pricing. The 12 dishes menu included more than 20 different items. Each of them was a piece of art. Complex portions from the best ingredients cooked to perfection, and served beautifully.
But the end result which is the taste, was a little disappointing.
Some dishes were very good, others were only good, But on none of them we could say WOW.
That WOW for which one dines in a Michelin stared restaurant. This WOW for which one is willing to pay so much for a meal was missing this evening.

A very enjoyable experience. Interesting flavors, great service and presentation and the dishes told a fun story.

Mind you definitely on the higher end of 2 Michelin star pricing !

The food was really amazing & creative. The plates, pitchers, etc were all fun and creative as well. We had a course in the kitchen with the chef.

The pros : great cuisine, great service. An effort to innovate in the presentation, an impressive variety of products, all carefully sourced, prepared and presented. Bringing to your table the authentic flavors of nature, with dishes evoking the sea and the earth. Chef was present in the kitchen as we left.
The cons : on the pricey side, a glass of champagne for fifty four represents a very high multiple.
