1 Michelin star living up to the fame! 5 stars in that regard. This is my second time dining here.

French cuisine with excellent execution. The duck liver was perfectly cooked. Wife wish it was a bit more cooked but I appreciate the exacting perfect balance.

What REALLY stood out though was the wine service. The Saint Joseph recommendation was good, but when the server decanted it, he got quite a bit of sediments into the decanter. I was nice so I figured well shit happens. As I was finishing my first glass there really was quite a bit of sediments in my glass so I was kinda drinking around it. I put down my glass and was going to ask for a clean glass when the waiter brought over a clean one without me asking! Furthermore he brought out another decanter and a filter to filter the wine already in one decanter! Good attention to detail and excellent at paying attention to the diner!

That is luxury. That is class. Unobtrusive but obviously anticipating your needs and wants. This is an actively thinking wait staff thinking about the customer.

It was a very solid one star restaurant. Due to time restrictions I couldn’t try the longest menu but the one I had was delightful. I liked every single dish.
The service was flawless and they try their best to accommodate your needs.
I was able to get a reservation just a couple of hours before lunch time and on a Sunday so I was glad to have experienced such a great meal under those conditions.

My husband and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary here and was not disappointed. The staff was super attentive and if we had any questions they would ask the chef if they didnt know it. Great value too of how much food you got.

This restaurant has no reason to be rated as 1 star anymore.
When I visited here two years ago, it felt like a 1 star that couldn't be rated as 2 stars.

But it was really the worst experience today.

Even if the food had no impact, the service was really a mess.

Even though I was eating, he was shaking the tablecloth right next me and replacing it.

He would turn away and leave before I could even ask how it was made, and while I was eating, he would not only clean the table but also take away the glasses and plates without saying anything as if he was at a family restaurant.

Because of that, I couldn't even eat the food I had left and it was taken away.

The service at this restaurant was the worst to the point that he was too far away to talk.

Usually, when you leave food behind, they ask what the problem is, but here, they just took the plates away without any asks.

They don't care the customer at all and just bring dishes and take away.
This is not the right service at the Michelin restaurant.

In the end, he just almost threw the dessert on the dish without any explanation about dessert.

Good wine, average food and worst service.

Who would want to eat in such a busy and messy place?

This restaurant is a very typical tourist restaurant for those who want to take a picture at the place rated 1 Michelin star, not for foodie or the person who wants to enjoy foods and wine.

As a food critic and a chef, I who recommended this restaurant, I really regret it.
