We stayed here in January as a family of three.  We were ready for a typically small Parisian hotel room but were very pleasantly surprised to have a huge room with 2 bathrooms and a separate sleeping area for our 20 yr old son travelling with us.  The hotel is in a lovely location close to restaurants and walking distance to key attractions.  The staff were helpful but not overly friendly.  The hotel consists of 8 separate buildings with a centre courtyard.  We were there in a very cold January but I'm sure the courtyard would be lovely in summer. Breakfast was included and great  - buffet with all you could want.  I don't know  why this hotel doesn't get better reviews - perhaps some of the buildings / rooms are not as good as others but we loved our stay here and would stay again.

Very Good Hotel centrally located. We staid 2 nights and the service and staff were very nice and helpfull. Rooms were big and clean. Overall a good Hotel for Paris.

There are so many beautiful, amazing boutique hotels in Paris. I completely REGRET choosing Les Jardins du Marais over them.

I should have listened to the other reviews, but I thought as a Titanium I Prefer member I would have had a much more pleasant experience. However... even as the top tier loyalty member of their hotel program, I felt like their service was borderline incompetent and the room offered was stale. The first room we were in had broken hardware and damage on the door. The room was missing basic amenities and even after requesting basic cutlery/dishes for the room, we never received them until the last night despite making numerous requests throughout our entire stay. Wondering whether I should just go get my own conditioner or to keep waiting for the hotel staff in case they bring one, is not something I'd thought I'd have to deal with in a luxury 4-star hotel.

I had high hopes for this stay as I wanted to do something special for my partner and I, but the excitement and beauty of Paris was stained by this absolutely frustrating hotel stay.

It's ironic that the night before we ended up by accident needing to stay at a 3-star boutique hotel in the 11e arrondissement. We had a way better experience there than at Les Jardins. If only I could have canceled.

It really feels like they got bought over by some private equity firm and now any legacy or history they might have built is just greedily being sloughed off its rotting carcass of a hotel. Don't ruin your Paris experience. Stay somewhere else.

Nice location. The price is worth the quality when you find a good deal. Breakfast not included. They have a parking though the walls are very narrow and we had troubles to drive out. Everything you may want to see or visit is within walking distance.

My husband and I stayed here for ten days for our trip to Paris. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and abundant. The hotel is in a great neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also right around the corner from a Metro stop so it is easy to navigate your way around Paris.
Hotel staff was exceptional. Esther, at the front desk was particularly so. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the city, helpful and had a lot of patience! She gave us excellent travel advice when we were planning our day trip to Reims. Such a pleasure to see her and all of the staff at the front desk.
Would definitely recommend this hotel!
