You can really feel that staff poured their hearts into the restaurant.

A warm and subdued atmosphere great for someone who wants to slow things down from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The food menu is constantly rotating and is limited; but it means that whoever developed spent time, effort to developing the dish. The result, a wonderful experience no matter the choice.

I find the value of the a la carte dishes to be great considering the complex techniques and ingredients they used to develop dishes.

For those who want to take explore their taste buds, give this a shot.

Adorable neighborhood bistro with a commitment to sustainable, biodynamic, organic agriculture! It was a magical meal for our last night and our waiter was phenomenal! The salad was amazing with hazelnuts and citrus, apple and radish - so delicate and sublime. The oysters were the freshest I have ever tasted. We had fish and a special egg cream dish that were excellent, especially the sauces and the caramelized endive! Dessert was a treat with clementine cake in a yogurt sauce from a Pie Noir cow and a Georgette with praline hazelnuts! The wine pairing was perfect. We arrived early and had a private dining experience, but by the time we left every table in the house was occupied! The wine pairings and the BREAD was phenomenal! We will come back! Even my 11 yr old was in heaven!

This is a very interesting close to République in central Paris. My general feeling was that the food was very hit and miss - hence my three-star rating for the food. For example, there was a really good raw fish (bonite) in a grape and chilli pepper sauce. However, then run out of bonite and tried it with some other fish (vieille), which was not good at all. Someone in my party simply couldn’t finish it. It didn’t really feel like all the dishes were really tried and tested. They say they change the menu everyday, so I think that in the race for daily creativity some mistakes can happen.

Then there were some decent dishes, like roasted duck. There was an amazing desert (riz au lait) - classic, with some extra touches like a little smoky flavour from some grilled rice grains on top. The wine was amazing as well. The products were fresh and responsibly sourced - which is also a big plus.

In terms of customer service, they were very good - hence my 5 star rating for the service and 4 star overall service. They made a small mistake at the beginning with our booking, which they quickly corrected. Then they were very responsive to our questions and very attentive to our table in general. My only suggestion would be to reduce the waiting times, as the time between our arrival and the entrées was long and the time between the entrées and the main dishes was long as well.

Overall, I would potentially recommend to try it if you’re looking for new places but it would be unlikely that I visit again. This likely varies according to what menu you get on the day of your visit.

Great space with an interesting wine list! Really enjoyed the super fresh produce and flavouring of the dishes. The wines on the list were generally on the young side but we had a very interesting pommard!

Beautiful and visually appealing atmosphere, with friendly service. Excellent 24 euro 3 course lunch with fresh farm to table preparations. Today the white peaches transported our tastes to the farm orchard. Convenient to Republique which can be difficult to find high quality and reasonable price.
