The welcome from Loubiana and Benoît is simply magical. Their passion for the history of L’Oiseau Blanc, which they share with such enthusiasm, immerses guests in a captivating universe, enriching the dining experience with a unique cultural dimension.

And what about the setting? An incredible view of the Eiffel Tower makes the place absolutely enchanting. Every moment spent here is a true journey through history, culinary art, and Parisian elegance.

What I liked the most about this two star restaurant is the option of ordering a la carte given that portions are bigger than usual in set menus. Food is outstanding in everyway, taste, presentation, aroma, etc. The place is very nice and the view is fantastic, service is as it should be in a two star restaurant. Only but is that they dont have anyone taking care of the bathrooms all the time, so at least when I went the whole restroom was
dirty and smelled very bad

Atmosphere was amazing, the restaurant is really unique and has a fantastic view.

Food was terrible. Worst Michelin star I have ever visited. Can’t believe it has two. I had the tasting menu and it was horrendous. Bland or overly strong flavours.

Food: The chef is creative, but use of cavier and sour taste is too frequent. I won’t be surprised if people who don’t like sour taste find it hard to appreciate. The main dish I recommend is the Seabass, with chicken soup and roasted oyster.
EUR 69/glass of champagne is towards higher end I have seen.

Service: towards the end, the service is clearly less attentive when we didn’t order coffee and had to wait long before we can
settle the bills.

That being said, restaurant is at a very good location with views of Eiffel Tower and based on a historical theme of transatlantic flying.
