We came here for our anniversary, since it aligned with our short trip to Paris. The place is amazing - the style, well thought through interior and the vibe to create “abyss”.

The host was amazing, very attentive, explaining everything very well.

The food… superb. I loved each single dish, its delicate flavor, how well it was paired with wines (though I had a hangover next day - probably my my body just couldn’t take a long list of different wines with 10 meal menu). However the dessert was the best experience to end the evening - it was so delicate and flavorful. We also truly enjoyed the chef experience - having a lobster cooked in front of us and having a little chat. At the end having a conversation with the Chef was nice, it’s like talking to an artist whose painting you bought.

Highly recommend this place for a romantic dining somewhere in the abyss.

Great service, innovative food, romantic and abyss-like vibe. Would recommend looking closely in advance at the menu, because we didn't know there was an additional charge for a couple of meals.

This was a unique experience. We choose the 8-course menu. My husband is gluten-free and they handled that well. The service was incredible. I loved some of the food, like the octopus, but some was just not for me. (They made sorbet out from tomatoes to rhubarb, which I did not enjoy.) We would have enjoyed the experience more if we were not so overheated. We sat in the corner downstairs and we were sweating through our clothes. We actually skipped the last course because I was feeling lightheaded. (I know, I know. Americans can't handle the lack of AC in Europe.)

Great compositions, individual courses with a focus on vegetables. Creatively prepared and stylishly presented. Something extraordinary, even in a city like Paris. Seeing the chefs calmly prepare food through the glass, creates such a zen environment.
The food, the atmosphere, the service, everything is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and will be travelling back, just to eat here again.
