Sadly this one lost its star before I had time to publish.
Let me start by the end. I would say it deserves its star. For me there are more obvious corrections than this one. So for you dear readers, I consider it as a Michelin Star. I know that you may find some details, but you could in plenty of non top tiers one star.
What’s interesting here? The contrast between the warm touch from the waiter and the precision of chef. The waiter is extremely kind and will enjoy explaining each dish. I said enjoy because he will adapt his delivery to every table. I did not catch him repeat the same exact sentence like a parrot to two tables (which annoyingly common in other one star). I insist on this point because it does make a difference for you (he’s really telling you something, he’s there) and for him (he’s not having a “robot” day). He’s genuinely trying to help you better appreciate and understand the chef s cuisine.
The chef meanwhile is extremely focused on his craft and you can witness his dedication from your table.
For me it does deserve its star

This is such a wonderful restaurant.The menu consisted of many innovative courses. Our party of three vegetarians was truly thrilled with the unique ingredients and beautiful presentation beginning with the amuse bouche all the way through to dessert. We are still talking about the meal hours later because it is beyond compare to anywhere we have eaten despite our travels to many cities known for excellent food. The chef is a treasure. This is a wonderful choice for a special meal.

Apart from the amuse bouche which was served cold, every dish was very enjoyable.
Contrast of flavors and textures worked very well - not a huge meat lover but really enjoyed the main!
