We took the menu en 5 temps for 95€ per person. The quantity of the dishes was quite small, yet it was compensated by the complexity of ingredients per dish. I would say 3 to 4 ingredients per dish. Some opportunities: 1. increase the quantity of the dishes. 2. as the concept has no menu, it would be nice to have a written copy of the menu after the plats has been served because it gives more awareness for the guests to actually appreciate more the dish. 3. The service can be improved 4. Good selection of the wine

If you are reading this review and trying to decide which Michelin starred restaurant you must eat dinner at whilst in Paris, then look no further.  This is the ONE.  Make a reservation and treat yourself to seven courses with wine pairing.  You will have no regrets.  You will be entertained by the cheeky, but professional, service. My sister and I chose Restaurant H as our "nice dinner" for our Paris trip and this meal totally exceeded our expectations! Every course was delicious, creative, and beautiful. No matter how full I was, the next course that was brought out was my "new favorite." We got the 7 course meal with the wine pairing and it was very worth it. The service was also incredible and we truly had such a wonderful time here.

Amazing Michelin star restaurant with cosy setting, great and attentive service as well as a delicious tasting menu with a fun and different wine pairing. We enjoyed chatting with the waiter and sommelier and were positively surprised by fun pairing selections like sake and rhubarb wine. Highly recommended!
