What a fun dining experience! Is like an adventure,,, so many courses and with wine pairing, we spend nearly 3 hours exploring the various taste of dishes we never had before.. Omar is so creative! I am so glad we came and understand why it has such high ratings ..be sure to add with wine pairing and your taste bud will set you on an adventure!!

Inventive, beautiful, delicious and perfectly executed food. And the wine pairing was outstanding with concise but intriguing explanations, one of my best pairing experiences. Thanks for accommodating my gluten and dairy intolerance so well, the bread had an excellent crush and I didn’t feel my meal was any lesser than anyone else’s. I love that we can see the kitchen and hear a variety of music from the kitchen as well. I believe this restaurant is well on its way to another star in the future.

Absolutely love the food and experience. Also love that there are different options for lunch. Unfortunately we only had an hour and half due to Olympic schedule, and the staff recommended us to do 3 courses menu, which was so great that we would really definitely come back for a longer course!

We came here for our anniversary dinner.  The special occasion was never acknowledged.  Even though we were there for 3 hours for the 9 course tasting menu the service seemed rushed and too fast paced.  The staff were not well coordinated and the sommelier seemed frazzled.  It was not a relaxing experience.  The food itself was just okay and not as good as we expected with such high reviews.  A few dishes were good but most were just okay.  The meal ended with a poorly plated scoop of a grainy custard type dessert from a large pan.  This was definitely not the way to end a dinner at a Michelin star restaurant.  Other than plating and presentation (which were good) we could not really understand how this restaurant has earned the Michelin star or the high ratings.  The experience was unfortunately disappointing.

The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, perfect for enjoying an upscale meal. The service staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and added to the overall positive experience.

My only critique would be the price of the espresso shots, which was €7. While the quality of everything else justified the cost, this felt a bit excessive.

Overall, Omar Dhiab offers fantastic food, a warm atmosphere, and great service. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a refined dining experience in Paris.
