French restaurant with a Japanese chef that assumes his origin.
We have a lot of Japanese chefs in Paris. This one is actually the second restaurant from a Japanese chef (Neige d été, review to come but a big backlog…)
The nice thing is that the Japanese origin are fully assumed but yet it’s not a Japanese restaurant, it’s a French one at the end of the day. So it’s not just the quality of execution and its precision that you enjoy, but you also have a little bit of exoticism without taking any gustatory risk.
The crowd was “casual lunch” (casual for a one star… ). I went there with a friend to catch up. I did  feel I was not the only one.
It does deserve its star.

Wow. One star Michelin restaurant absolutely impeccable, everything was perfect from food to service. Lovely experience high recommended, but not for everyday meal, it's perfect for special occasions and romantic dine. Gorgeous wine list, but not cheap.

This gastronomy is a fusion of French and Japanese food. We came here for the lunch menu. The food are good and in big portions but they stay quite classic and not as creative as other restaurant.

We are going to miss your delicious tapas but we are looking forward to visiting Pilgrim in its formule gastronomique. Also looking forward to the upcoming opening of the Comptoir which I'm sure is going to be a hit! We visited in the past during the tapas format and were curious to try the proper full menu experience. We loved the dinner menu and the wine pairing. We particularly liked the "veau and asparagus" as well as the light dessert made of cheesecake and sorbet/bouquet de tagetes. We'll be back again!

Divine food creations and scrumptious flavours make it one of my favorite fine dining in Paris. The professional staffs are very attentive to details and the timing between courses are carefully planned. My family and I had such an unforgettable night.
