The food was outstanding, with delicious flavors that truly deserve Michelin recognition. However, we found the service could be improved, as it was a bit slow, and we had to call the staff for attention whenever we needed something, such as the menu or ordering dessert. While we understand the restaurant was busy during lunch hours, more attentiveness would enhance the overall experience. The price felt a bit high compared to the service provided, and for a meal totaling €100, we expected a higher level of service. Overall, the food was authentic and very enjoyable, but improving the service would better align the experience with the price.

I wish to give 4.5/5.0 to this restaurant.

Services are great and everyone is friendly.

The nectarine soup dessert is phenomenal. I’ll definitely come back for it.

Appetizer and main dishes are good in a normal way - but the knife needs to be sharpened. I had to try very hard to make the knife works for my steak.

One thing that I would recommend is to ask about allergies.

The set menu of €45 was fairly priced. The vongole starter (being today’s special) was average - way too much garlic that wasn’t cooked through. However, the chicken dish with mushroom was amazing and the nectarine soup was absolutely phenomenal - I think this was one of the best desserts I had in a long time.

I do however have some reservations about the service. The staff was friendly, however, the service wasn’t attentive at all. It seemed to be a result of understaffing. The restaurant has all the fundamentals to be one of the greatest restaurants in Paris, as evidenced by the Michelin recognition, so the service issue should be looked into promptly.

We were blown away by the food, service, and value at Rosemarie. We had a chef’s selection with some of the best food we’ve eaten in Paris, including a pumpkin soup with a perfectly cooked egg and a sea bass with carrots that we’ll be talking about for a long time.

We had dinner at Rosemarie last night, and it was wonderful. We had the six-course chef’s tasting menu, and it was fantastic. The plates were wonderfully presented, the ingredients very fresh, and everything was delicious. If I lived in Paris, I would go there at least once a month. I look forward to coming back when we visit Paris again.
