We had a great stay. The room was wonderful and right on the river. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Super friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated amenities — soaking tub, comfortable bed, refillable filtered water, coffee and tea. It was a nice spot to relax after a long day of walking. Definitely recommend!

Good value hotel, with lovely helpful staff. Rooms were expected with being clean and decent. Good location too with it being easy to get to and nice things to do locally.

It was a noisy hotel, with lots of banging around and echoing through, and the curtains were not large enough to keep the sunlight out in the mornings which was frustrating.

Good size room, with en-suite, lovely comfy bed, with a big TV and AC. Nice free coffee and hot chocolate in the seating area. Room was quiet, and I heard no street noise. Used your phone to open the front door and room door, great not carrying a big door key. We close to Mount Marta and restaurants

The room did not look like the room in the pictures. Not even a little. The carpet in the room and throughout the hotel is beyond disgusting. The bathroom vanity was falling apart from water damage and the grout around the showers was dirty. Wallpaper was peeling in the room and the safe was broken. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us troubleshoot to  make the safe was usable. The lobby is renovated and the location was perfect. Quick access to the Metro and fantastic restaurants. Felt very safe. Pigalle is a great area to stay in Paris.

Staff at Sonder was amazing. Francesca and Erica were very helpful in making our visit to Florence enjoyable. The room was hotel style with a small fridge and electric kettle that we used. Coffee machine was present but we never used it. Temperature of the room was difficult to control, usually very warm. Not much place to put clothes, we asked for another luggage rack and it was delivered immediately. So we left our clothes in the suitcases. Staff was very responsive to our needs. We walked most places and didn’t use bus or cab anywhere. Breakfast was offered for $16 E, we never went but found places nearby. A grocery store is just around the corner. We spent most days out walking and sightseeing. Convenient to bridge on Arno River. In evening we could sit in the breakfast area and relax.
Fridge was a bit noisy while we were sleeping. Overall we liked where we stayed and would recommend.
