We had an incredible stay at The Peninsula Paris. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable.
The bar was fantastic, with a great selection of drinks, some snacks and a welcoming atmosphere. While the bar itself could be slightly larger to accommodate more guests, it was still one of the highlights of our stay - especially thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff.
It would be a thoughtful touch if the lobby offered some food options later in the evening - perhaps some light snacks.
The attention to detail throughout the hotel elevated our experience and made it seamless and enjoyable.
The spa was a wonderful addition to our stay. The swimming pool was lovely, and the sauna and steam bath were excellent. If there’s one small improvement to suggest, it would be to make the whirlpool warmer for added comfort.
Overall, The Peninsula Paris provided a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the heart of Paris!

We stayed for one night at the Peninsula with my husband and two young kids (3 and 5) and I must say I was blown away by the level of personalized service. They called us prior to our arrival to ask for my daughters’ names and upon arrival and when we were doing the check in a lady from guest relations approached us and called my kids by their name and welcomed us to the hotel. When we arrived at the room, there were two teddy bears and they had my daughters’ names embroidered in the back! It was such a lovely surprise and my kids were absolutely thrilled. The rooms were super spacious (we had two interconnecting rooms) and on the kids’ side they had all the little amenities ready - from a step and toddler toilet seat, to a step for the wash basin (so they can reach), small bath towels and bath soap and shampoo for kids, bed guards - and we didn’t even need to pre-request any of it! The design of the room was super modern and there were so many little thoughtful details - for example on the dressing area, there’s a vanity with a mirror and there was a nail dryer! It’s the first time I’ve ever seen one in a hotel. Similarly both in the bathroom and the vanity they had two plugs - 110V and 230V so that you don’t have the issue of incompatible voltage for things like hair curlers or straighteners (again something I have experienced in the past and the first time I’ve seen this detail in a hotel). The service was impeccable throughout our whole stay. We were in Paris to celebrate my father-in-law’s birthday and when they came next morning to join us for breakfast (we had made a reservation and noted the breakfast), they brought a chocolate with a candle and offered him some macarons as a birthday treat. And of course the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful - you really feel like you’re in a palace. It was such a memorable stay and I can’t wait for us to come back. Thank you Peninsula Hotel for making us feel so at home.

I went with a friend last time in their restaurant and the tapas (APERO) as they called was awesome! The service was perfect! Mr. Cuevas ,the waiter give as the best moments of our stay! Food was delicious ! Great job! Chef! A great day to remember, a moment of luxury.

The Peninsula Paris is a nice hotel with impressive building, but the staff and service fall far below expectations. The team lacks professionalism, transparency, and proper training. My experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope the management takes serious steps to improve their approach to customer service.

I always enjoy my time at The Peninsula, from the pleasant atmosphere to the gorgeous interiors. I have to say the service is impeccable particularly, Arvin. He never fails to make my visit nothing short of perfect, he goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable here.
