These ratings are ridiculous. Sure, prices are high. Food is just mediocre. Everyone at the table was laughing at  the size of the portion I got.

But we looked at it from the bright side. It was an excellent practice for our patience, sense of humour, and slow eating skills.

On the other hand at this price we could probably hire a Zen master to train us.

Located in the centre of Thoiry, this is a nice and cosy restaurant, serving french style dishes. The Staff is nice and welcoming. The Chef is also a nice person: he came to our table to ask if we had enjoy our meal. For sure, I'll be back soon because I really enjoyed!

Had a Saturday lunch according to Michelin guide.
A bit too pricey in this little village of 78 but worth trying.

The restaurant charges super exorbitant prices that can even beat some of the very good restaurants in Paris or London. The food is nice and fresh but basic. Nothing wow on creativity side. The ambience is basic. The service is too slow.

I hope they take good look at what they are charging and what they are delivering. I wish them good luck!

Service was very efficient but hygiene was below expectations, especially in the current context : there was no hand gel in the restrooms, the unused cutlery that was placed on our table was returned to the main basket to be put back on other tables even though we might have touched it and potentially infected it. In terms of food it was only average (meat was dry) and very pricey. We will not come back
