Breakfast was a buffet of food. & I didn't think it was all that bad. It was your typical American breakfast with some must have French breakfast items as well. The croissants were good, pancakes light and fluffy. 
Always lots of bacon, sausages & mushrooms. 
Along with an array of fruits , cheeses , breads, cereals and meats. The only thing was if you're eating this for breakfast everyday it does get A bit tiring. And the amount for each breakfast buffet was pretty pricey.

Restaurant is like a market place at breakfast time.  It is sort of a stressful dining experience.  However, I should have expected this since the hotel is HUGE.

The pastry and breads are fantastic. Scrambled eggs are runny, not my personal liking. The cheese and meat tray selection is extremely boring. 

The restaurant is kind of disgusting. I found molded peaches in the fruit platter. The kitchen staff should never put that out. The quality of the wait staff is inconsistent. Some of the staff will bring you coffee right away. Some of the staff will not bring coffee to you till you ask two or three times.

Also, one day the hostess seated us in a section that is closed.  We were surrounded by piles and piles of dirty dishes the whole time we dined there.

When I finally got a server's attention to obtain coffee, he never brought it.  I had to go up to the coffee bar and ask someone there to assist me.

Ate here for 5 mornings in a row during our stay at the Le Meridian.

I'm not too keen on French food so I thought the food was just OK.  They have a lot of variety at the cold salad, cheese, and dessert stations; the hot food station was somewhat limited though.

This is a good buffet if you want to sample a lot of different Parisian/French specialties all in one place.

Breakfast buffet is served in this restaurant at Le Meridien.

Very good assortment of pastries, juices, fruit, cold cuts.  Hot dishes include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage (both pork and veal), soft boiled eggs, beans, and miso soup.

Servers need to be trained about hygiene.  They will clear a table of dirty dishes then immediately place new dishes and silverware on the table.  They touch the clean rims of glasses and cups, very unsanitary.  Management doesn't care when you point it out to them.

Review for breakfast only:

The hot foods selection is...for lack of a better word, BLEH. But ugh, I should have expected it since it's buffet style. The pancakes are soggy and tasteless. The scrambled eggs are basically uncooked, it's basically liquid with a few pieces of what appears to be egg bits floating around. They have some Asian selection, with what I think was miso soup and stir fry mushrooms. The sausages and bacon were fine, but you generally can't go wrong with those. 

The pastries were much better. Loved the croissants and different breads. I also liked that they had a variety of yogurts you can choose from. 

The service is top notch, definitely made up for the food. Since the breakfast was included in the price of the room we came here. I think next time I would just skip it and enjoy a nice breakfast somewhere else.

Great brunch if you have kids. You can have a nice brunch, while not having to worry about the kids or 2.5 hours. They are several staff members that tender to them, with songs, makeup, games, drawings, etc...

All the while you're taking advantage of the luscious brunch, with cold and hot appetizers, breakfast bar, hot dishes, cheese platter, and generous deserts. Their wine list can be improved, but the white sancerre is perfect.

Had a late night dinner after long day of travel and work. It Wasn't  too busy, but they seated us fairly close together so we didn't all feel lonely in the rather sizable place.  Service was very friendly and accommodating.  The roasted rack of lamb was stellar and the sides were fine too.  I  opted out of dessert and just had a good Armagnac instead.  I know they do breakfast buffets and such, but Justine offers a very high end dining experience for dinner.  Will definitely return.
