Om du inte åker hit under en resa till Paris, går du miste om en fantastisk upplevelse. Mat- och vinparningarna ger en upplevelse som sannolikt inte är oöverträffad. Platsen är liten, så du måste reservera i god tid. Personalen är mycket uppmärksam och de förklarar varje kurs innan du njuter av det.

Jag hade tänkt äta på Aldéhyde förra året innan det tilldelas en Michelinstjärna men av någon anledning var tvungen att avbryta min bokning i sista minuten. 

Igår kväll fick jag äntligen chansen att besöka denna charmiga restaurang i 4:e arrondissement. 

Jag hade bokat 21 : 00 mer än 2 månader i förväg. Men när jag kom till restaurangen fick jag veta att de hade ändrat min bokningstid till 20: 30 och skickade ett mail för att informera mig. Jag hade aldrig fått ett sådant mail och jag tyckte det var konstigt att de bara ändrade min bokningstid ensidigt så där. 

I vilket fall som helst, på grund av min så - kallas senhet, skulle de bara servera mig 5 - kursmenyn (istället för 7 - kurssignaturmenyn). Även om jag var mycket besviken, valde jag att stanna. 

Lyckligtvis var maten god. Den tunisiske kocken Youssef Marzouks kök blandade subtilt Franska traditioner med Maghreb-smaker. Varje maträtt var utsökt och snyggt tallrik. Jag älskade särskilt torskfiskrätten och chokladdesserten (husets signatur). 

 4 av 5 för maten. 

Dock 3 . 5 av 5 totalt med tanke på min obehagliga upplevelse med ändringen av min bokningstid.

Den sju - rätters middagsmenyn med vinparning var den bästa maten jag ätit i Paris. Varje rätt var vackert utförd och packad med välblandade, unika smaker. Atmosfären är mysig och varm, med felfri service och ett riktigt professionellt team. Köksmästare Youssef Marzouks passion och talang kom igenom i varje rätt.
