Så nöjd denna härliga restaurang har re - öppnade efter renoveringen av Grand Palais. Den vackra miljön på terrassen i Grand Palais är fantastisk. Maten och Servicen kan inte klandras. Servicepersonalen är uppmärksam och professionell. Vi har alla haft våra måltider, kocken gjorde ett bra jobb. Ah! men utsikten över Petit Palais när solen gick ner var körsbäret på kakan. Längtar efter att återvända.

Vi råkade på denna restaurang efter att ha besökt Petit Palais och valde det för vår sista middag i Paris. Vi var inte klädda på lämpligt sätt för lunch (vi kände) och vi ville att det skulle vara en mycket speciell kväll så vi verkligen klädde upp och glad att vi gjorde. Det överträffade våra förväntningar på alla sätt. Magiskt. Personalen var underbar och maten var enastående! Min havsabborre var suverän. Vi satt på terrassen med utsikt över Petit Palais alla upplysta. Temperaturen var idyllisk när vi kom fram till 20:00 men när det blev svalare kyparen erbjöd en filt. Vi behövde det inte eftersom det var himmelskt. Vi hade 3 rätter inklusive en gemensam dessert, med cocktails och en speciell flaska rött vin. Vårt val att driva upp priset utan press från vår servitör och det var värt varenda krona! Uppmärksamheten på detaljer, inredningen, renheten rätt till badrumsskötaren gjorde detta till vår nya favorit för en speciell parisisk middag. På en skala från 1 till 10 är det här en 11! Börja med champagne eller en Franska 75 och ta dig till en annan era!

Denna nya (2 månader öppen) restaurang var på min dotters lista ! Vi var mycket nöjda med maten och servicen, leende och elegant. Förrätterna var fantastiska, och vi delade dem: escargots och en härlig lätt sufflé, efter att vi hade en perfekt tillagad sula och, för mig en exceptionell hamburgerinspirerad nötkött på en rösti med perfekt kryddad karamelliserad lök... öknarna var så välsmakande också. Vi kommer säkert att återvända.

Servicen är oklanderlig, uppmärksam, älskvärd och professionell. Jag åt en sallad och de tarte fina au tomates: båda var bortom läckra, perfekt balanserade i smak och presentation. Perfekt för en romantisk kväll, en elegant lunch eller en speciell fest. En sann pärla som fångar Paris själ, jag kommer definitivt tillbaka.

BESTÄLL ALDRIG la Suggestion du Jour, inte på menyn, försiktigt föreslås av en lurig servitör (som kan få en del av notan? ) . Tror du att det blir som resten av disken, mellan 30 och 60 euro per person? NOOOO ! 
De kommer att blåsa dig med 240 euro för en Tbone biff för två ( de kallar det Tomahawk , eftersom det öppnar din skalle ut ? ) 
Hur mycket betalade nästa bord för en annan ”föreslagen” hel havsabborre för två , undrar jag ? Som 300 euro? ! ! !
