What a delicious food they serve. The pork loin was cooked to perfection with a good sauce to complement the meat. The wine selections are amazing. The chocolate ganache was basically ‘death by chocolate.’ the service was slow since they were busy but it was worth waiting.

Absolutely beautiful food and champagne, in a gorgeous intimate setting. I was welcomed in by the chefs who cook just off the main door. Beautifully fresh and juicy oysters, a great little amuse bouche with fascinating and smart flavours, mussels in the loveliest brothy sauce, the best duck breast I’ve had in France, and amazing warm and welcoming service throughout.

Highly recommended. A popular restaurant with a delightful menu and great ambience. Getting attention of the two servers when they hide behind the bar and don't seem keep a watchful eye open can require some patience!

Superb food and service. I now wish I wasn’t travelling through but staying a while. I’d definitely be back. Really delicious food, possibly the best of our France trip so far, and the types of wines we love, both by the glass and by the bottle. Thank you team!

I recently visited Huitre Brûlée which I was excited about since it’s in the Michelin Guide. Booking a table online was easy, setting high hopes for the evening.

The dinner started great. The seviche and gazpacho were amazing, full of flavor and beautifully made as well as one main course. But my partner’s main course - mackerel- was a letdown. It was so sour that we couldn’t taste anything else.

The service had its ups and downs. They poured our champagne the first time, but after that, I had to pour it myself. The owner also mishandled my seviche plate, taking the dirty cutlery from the plate herself and dropping it right in front of me. It felt like humiliation. It stayed there until I asked the waitress to remove it (our waitress was ok, she at least made effort to connect with us). I even had to use the napkin for our champagne to clean the table.

This level of service felt more like a cheap street food experience than a Michelin-listed restaurant. Overall, the appetizers were fantastic, but the service left much to be desired.

For a place in the Michelin Guide, I expected better consistency in both food and service.
