Hi recommend not wasting time here if you’re from a large city, including Paris…but especially NYC, London or Tokyo. There are restaurants in these cities without Michelin accolades that outclass this one by a lot. Service being the main issue….not well communicated. After being told and communicated to having a 3 hour meal. Our main course was still waiting at 2.5 hours.
4 hours into it our prearranged transport deserted us and the restaurant and hotel were of no service to us. Leaving  us to take a taxi that cost 2/3 of the meal (that cost 60 euros initially ballooning 4x) at 1 am. Total ripoff and terrible service. Food not worth it. Feel lucky to have each at global world class like Eleven Madison Park and Geranium. Stick to the cities. Restaurant actually got upset with us telling us they want to go home..:.so do we, after 2 hour extra wait- unreal.

Sensational meal for 13 of us for a very big family birthday. Faultless service, superlative food - some of the best we have ever eaten, wonderful win pairing and they even accommodated our five children. Don’t miss this gem!

I made a booking for Friday night on their site on Wednesday and it was confirmed immediately.

However, next day at 11am they send me a message, suggesting that the hotel is full on Friday, and only available on Saturday, then proceeded to cancel the booking.

It was a bad experience having to book another hotel with less than a day left. I would expect a hotel with such rating to be able to block availability on their site.

I do not recommend to rely on rooms availability on their site.

A very welcoming team made sure we're comfortable. The view is amazing overlooking a pond filled with ducks and other wildlife and above the pond there are lovely mountain ridges.  The service and food is really lovely. The portions are small and there are many of them. The wine pairing options is highly recommended since it really complements the dishes. Overall it's a highly recommend expirience to everyone who is in the area and would love to get an amazing dinner.
