This was our 3rd visit to Le Pily.  Each time was an amazing adventure for the senses.  Consistent perfection and quality. Delicious, creative, beautiful, soulful, utterly fresh seafood in an elegant understated ambience with views to the sea.  Excellent choice of wines to accompany the tasting menu.

Truly excellent meal that continuously surprised and delighted us over the 2 1/2 hours we were there. With whimsical cheffy  names to the various courses like a “l’abrogade” and “duchesse a Paris” you weren’t exactly sure what you were going to wind up with, but it didn’t matter because almost everything was delicious and clearly inspired. Two minor quibbles: the first sushi pieces were just ok — nothing beyond what you’d expect at a good sushi bar — and I shouldn’t have to ask for water repeatedly…it should just be delivered seamlessly.

I thought that I left a review for Le Pily a while back when I took my wife there for our anniversary. It was one of our favorite dinners in France and we highly recommend. Each course was perfectly presented and the textures and combinations was everything you would hope for from a restaurant of this caliber. I don't remember the prices but I do remember think it was extremely high value for what paid. Amazing wine pairing. They easily took into account the few allergies and food preferences we had.

Dined in last year in early November. Came back again the next day when chef offered to serve us a different menu. Was my first Michelin star resturant and it was worth the visit. Great wine and cocktail combinations. Highly recommend, you wont regret.
