It's a Michelin star restaurant which serves great and tasty dishes.
However, I think it shows its age in some way. The wine list is an old-style wine with great labels, for sure, but not what one would like to drink in 2021. Considering the customers base, which is 100% grey haired, I'm not surprised by this.
The same could be said about the dishes, which are beautiful and excellent, but I'm confused about why they serve lobster from Brittany while there is so many great products in this area.

Don't get me wrong: this is an excellent restaurant. I loved everything I ate. It's just a little passed IMHO and could deserved my five star rating with some kick!

What a great and special place for that special occasion food staff and setting all superb with great attention to detail. Related meal well worth it.
The only tiny thing not quite up to everything else was the sugar for the coffee was in individual plastic bags. Not good.
