Nice hotel very clean. Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. It was very cold with no heating.Breakfast was grossly over priced. €13 for a croissant a stale piece of bread tea or coffee a few cereals was certainly not worth it. The staff are friendly if you can find someone, the hotel seemed deserted some of the time.

I expected a lot from my stay in Hotel Nougier. Unfortunately I was wrong. We arrived in front of a closed hotel, whitout a warning and therefore we had to wait several hours before check in. Besides that, the service during dinner was very poorly. Our waitor wasn't kind at all and didn't know enough about the dishes, with an allergic reaction of my brother as a result (there were peanuts in a dish, and the waitor thought they were cashewnuts). There was no compensation and, much worse, no caring at all in the direction of my brother. There are some positive sides: The room was nice and clean and the pool was beautiful. I am not a picky person, but I am sure I won't visit this place again.

Very competently assembled dishes on a well thought out menu.
Traditional French cuisine with just enough twists to keep it interesting without detracting from what it's meant to be.
Very, very attentive service - truly excellent waiter.
Good wine list with tasty NV champagne and well selected half bottles.
Excellent value for money. A great treat at just €200 for dinner for three. Would definitely go again.

We had dinner in the restaurant, but did not stay in the hotel. So this review only concerns the restaurant. We had a 4-course dinner. Very well cooked, well portitioned. Classic French dishes like foie gras, canard, souffle, but al prepared very professionally and tasty. Excellent service: quick, friendly, attentive. Good wine list, with interesting and affordable options. Definitely worth its "bib gourmand" from Michelin!

Three hours is a long time for dinner. At least an hour passed after we sat down before any food appeared. Delicious when it finally arrived. Lovely terrace. Modest room. Good breakfast buffet.
