This is some very good, simple food. We ordered the chicken (just okay but the duck fat chips were SO good), the duck (very delicious, but needed salt), the vegetarian (so pretty to look at), and the traditional pasta (absolutely outstanding). Very unassuming and a nice time. We tried the wine of the week and the month and they were also delightful.

La Tupina is a must if you are in Saint Michelle. The ambience is beautiful & quaint infused with the incredible aroma with some of their signature staples cooking on the wood burning stove! We were a party of six. Every appetizer, main dish and dessert was a delight to the senses. 5-star quality!
Highly recommend their roast chicken with pork stuffing and crouton cooked in a cast iron pot!

What a great place that I stumbled upon.  I was hesitant as most people said you needed a reservation to attend.  It was no issue at all.  They accept card (American Express as well)

The location is beautiful with a historic atmosphere.  You walk in and are hit with the smokiness of the grill.  Delicious meats cooked.  It made me that much more hungry.  The staff is amazing for arriving a bit later they offered amazing recommendations even had English menus.

I tried the menu and with the Foie Gras not available.  You first get brought some nice bread with butter and I didn't ask what was offered with the bread but wow what a combo.  They offered the pan seared foie Gras.  In my opinion I am happy I was able to try that.  The sauce was delicious (a must try).  Next was the filet with bone marrow and fries.  Let's just say these fries will change your game.  The filet came with a sauce which was very rich and flavorful.  The dessert that I asked to try was the Canalé and ice cream.  I haven't tried this dessert before.  I was thrown off at how hard the outside was but when it was softened by the ice cream it made the dessert scrumptious.

Finally, I ended the night with a tea and the side of I would say mini desserts a great paring.  As for the review with the atmosphere and great food I would give this place a 8.4 out of 10 on that 🔥 scale.  I felt I did have to wait a long time between courses. Thanks to the amazing staff for all the recommendations and I would definitely try this location again.

Food portions were big. The chateaubriand was tasty, juicy.  My wife had the lamb and it was sooo tender. The duck breast was a good too. I ordered the extra bone marrow and fantastico.
