Un cadre assez charmant dans ce petit hôtel qui accueille une « cuisine du marché » en 3 temps définis par la cheffe. Le soir venu, un joli rayon de soleil illumine la salle plongée dans une ambiance paisible et silencieuse. Côté cuisine, on s’attendait à des mets un peu plus élaborés. Le repas reste bon, avec une cuisine très simple et familiale qui pourrait s’assumer davantage. tartare de melon en guise s’amuse bouche (petits dés de melon dans une petite verrine), nous nous attendions à un effet tartare un peu travaillé et assaisonné. La crème de courgette est joliment présentée mais reste extrêmement crémeuse. Plat principal en sauce et île flottante. Comptez environ trente sept euros pour ce menu entrée-plat-dessert. Peut être un peu cher pour un menu unique. Le service est vraiment charmant et contribue au bon moment passé à table. L’hôtel a l’air très mignon mais nous ne l’avons pas testé.

A rather charming setting in this small hotel which hosts “market cuisine” in 3 stages defined by the chef. In the evening, a lovely ray of sunlight illuminates the room, immersed in a peaceful and silent atmosphere. In terms of cuisine, we expected slightly more elaborate dishes. The meal remains good, with very simple, family-style cooking that could be more sustainable. Melon tartare as an amuse bouche (small cubes of melon in a small glass), we were expecting a slightly worked and seasoned tartar effect. The zucchini cream is beautifully presented but remains extremely creamy. Main dish with sauce and floating island. Allow around thirty-seven euros for this starter-main course-dessert menu. Can be a bit expensive for a single menu. The service is really charming and contributes to the good time spent at the table. The hotel looks very cute but we haven't tested it.

En premier lieu, l’accueil est extrêmement charmant. La pièce dédiée est très joliment décorée. Le personnel est gentil  et très attentionné. Quant au chef ? Je peine à trouver les mots ! Il faut surtout goûter à sa cuisine, créative, surprenante et fabuleusement délicieuse. Un homme très attentif aux goûts et cherchant toujours à surprendre sans jamais se tromper quant à éblouir nos papilles !

First of all, the welcome is extremely charming. The dedicated room is very nicely decorated. The staff is kind and very attentive. As for the leader? I struggle to find the words! Above all, you must taste its cuisine, creative, surprising and fabulously delicious. A man very attentive to tastes and always seeking to surprise without ever making a mistake in dazzling our taste buds!

Un service de qualité, un repas exceptionnel, un très bel endroit. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je mange dans ce restaurant et je sais que je ne serais jamais déçu sur la prestation. A chaque fois je m'y régale, ils sont toujours a l'affût de nouveautés. Je recommande fortement.
Mais j'ai l'impression que les tarifs ont augmenté par rapport à l'année dernière.

Quality service, an exceptional meal, a very beautiful place. This is not the first time I have eaten in this restaurant and I know that I will never be disappointed with the service. Every time I enjoy it, they are always on the lookout for new things. I highly recommend.
But I have the impression that the prices have increased compared to last year.

A l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon mari, j'avais réservé un dîner. Au téléphone j'avais demandé à ce qu'une petite attention (bougie) soit apportée pour le dessert. Aucun problème pour la personne qui m'a répondu. Mais oh surprise aucune attention n'a été apportée au dessert ! Déception
! Cela commençait mal car nous avons patienté plus de 20 mn avant que mon mari aille en salle pour signifier notre présence. Personne pour nous accueillir !!!!! Ensuite la pauvre serveuse faisait ce qu'elle pouvait pour assurer seule tout le service. Quant au repas, rien de transcendant. Du basique sans goût. Pas mauvais mais aucune surprise gustative. Le pauvre cuisinier lui aussi livré à lui même faisait ce qu'il pouvait. Pour un restaurant qui se dit haut de gamme, il faut réviser les basiques. Donc énorme déception !!! Notre note récompense uniquement
l'énorme travail de la serveuse qui a tenu seule la salle fort bien. Certainement notre dernière visite en ce lieu. Dommage car gros potentiel. Gagner une émission de TV ne suffit pas. Il faut assurer dans la durée et savoir recevoir ses clients dignement. Si vous ne vous considérez pas comme un restaurant "classique" mais comme un hôtel restaurant, servez uniquement vos clients de l'hôtel et oubliez les clients souhaitant uniquement se restaurer car vous n'êtes pas à la hauteur.

For my husband's birthday, I had a dinner reservation. On the phone I asked that a little attention (candle) be brought for dessert. No problem for the person who answered me. But oh surprise no attention was paid to dessert! Disappointment
! It started off badly because we waited more than 20 minutes before my husband went to the room to announce our presence. No one to welcome us!!!!! Then the poor waitress did what she could to provide all the service alone. As for the meal, nothing transcendent. Basic without taste. Not bad but no taste surprises. The poor cook, also left to his own devices, did what he could. For a restaurant that calls itself high-end, you have to revise the basics. So huge disappointment!!! Our rating only rewards
the enormous work of the waitress who kept the room very well alone. Certainly our last visit to this place. Too bad because it has great potential. Winning a TV show is not enough. You must ensure long-term service and know how to receive your customers with dignity. If you do not consider yourself a "classic" restaurant but a hotel restaurant, only serve your hotel guests and forget about customers who only want to eat because you are not up to the task.
