I don't like leaving negative reviews, booked this site as we liked the look of the facilities. Booked a pitch through ACSI but before we arrived we managed to call and upgrade to a pitch with it's on sanitary facilities. On arrival staff we not very helpful in reception, eventually found the pitch with massive tree in the middle of the pitch, which meant we were unable to use our blow up awning. The sanitary building was very disappointing, the hot water was just warm, the shower part was OK but the heater didn't work. We looked at eating at one of the 5 restaurants but found that there was only 1 open, when they felt like it. Then we were happy to find they had a Spar on the site, only to find out when we went there, it looked closed, well the shelves were empty. No choice of food or drinks. We then found that they again only opened when they wanted. Die to having a motorhome we had no transport so walked to the larger, well stocked market on the main road. We even left a day early due to the lack of facilities that were open and on checking out nothing was mentioned about us leaving early. We will not be returning to the site at all.

AVOID this expensive, crowded, underfunded, campsite, stay in a private Airbnb with your friends instead, and visit water parks and do trips out.

For almost 500 Euros per day, yes 500! staying in a Premium Dune lodge with jacuzzi with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, kitchen with tiny sofa, and aircon. Basically a small mobile home, clean but compact. to get into bed shuffling sideways was the option. Outside an area of decking with jacuzzi was pleasant plus a randomly placed seating area away from the property next to the road. It was less busy on our road being the park perimeter but surrounding us were tightly squeezed in lodges - so that our neighbour could eat their lunch and see me sitting on the toilet.

VERY EXPENSIVE for what it was, especially when the facilities were so crowded that you couldn't get a sunbed by the pools or a meal in the on-site restaurants. very poor customer service from management, 6 visits to reception and a day wasted trying to sort out the "guaranteed" wifi in our premium lodge. The engineer told us it has never worked in that area while he worked on site because of the location and it needed a dedicated service.
It shouldn't be listed as part of the inclusions if it has never worked. Manager told us that it was an added bonus, NO this was listed as included in our package, specifically for 4 devices. Manager refused to offer us any refund it was the spa voucher or nothing! He really couldn't care.

Our friends son broke his arm and the recepetion staff were too busy to help!

Expensive food and drink on site

Looks like the management have tried to squeeze in as many lodges and camping spots as possible to maximise revenue but haven't upgraded the facilities accordingly.

Beach was great, but very crowded, Lifeguards were excellent as there was a strong sideways current.

Premium doesn't mean premium, expectations not met, and poor customer service to follow. Very poor lighting around site and up to your property front door, No WIFI, Plastic style pillow cases, horrible, had to buy cotton ones from supermarket.

Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed.

Use the restaurants and bars by the lake - much better and a wider selection  - only a short bike ride away.

We will never return.

Camping place was really large, big and diverse 🏖🌲🌳🏕🏡 so if you want something small, it's not for you :-) but you can feel cozy there. Depend who is your neighbor hahaa!

What I appreciate the most are activities inside (sport, swimming, aquapark, wellness). Finally you could do also small shopping there 🛒 or have a beer at bar or do some activities in arena.

Can highly recommend a premium dune view lodge with hot tub. Really great spacious & well appointed accommodation, perfect location & lots of local amenities if you need them. Both pool complex & beach are only a 10 minute walk. Site is clean & very well maintained - great for families

While we enjoyed our stay here, I would not class as 5 star.  Food not good, some staff very rude and unless you've a car other than the very good pool facilities not much to do in the area.  Very expensive also
