Awesome gastronomic experience. We had a vegan in our party who was given their own amazing food  created by the chef.  We all had a delightful selection of amuse bouche and a la carte choices. We all felt that it was some of the best food we have all had anywhere in the world. This is  a must visit place if you are in the area.

The experience for the palate was amazing. He masters the skills to highlight the taste of the food. The presentation is beautiful and delicate. Each bite deserves time so you can taste the ingredients and indulge.

Mr. Guss doesn’t have a Michelin star, but it feels like it should (or will). I’d try to describe the multi-course extravaganza (with 3 amuse bouches) but I doubt I could do it justice with my description. Check the pictures- each dish is a work of art that explodes with flavor in your mouth. The meal was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip in France.

An enchanting and truly exceptional place, where I had one of the best meals of my life. We had the degustation menu, and each course was not only presented beautifully but contained elements, and ways of cooking, that I hadn’t previously thought possible. The owner and staff are lovely, accessible, and have a contagious enthusiasm, ensuring there is none of the stifling formality that one might fear. A once in a lifetime experience that, if you have any sense, you’ll enjoy much more often than that.
