Arrived for lunch. It fills up fast so 12.30 the latest. 2pm turned away. Menu of the day. Good selection on main menu. Fast efficient service. Definitely recommend.

I had one of the best risottos in my life.
The fish was very well cooked and soft. The risotto tasted all ingredients and the rice, just AMAZING.

Highly recommend. Be sure to book it in advance!!!

Just outside the walls of Carcasonne… a quiet brasserie with seating indoor and outdoor. The food was quite pricy for what you get. We liked the fried egg starter and the tomato burata, but to ask over 10 euros for raw vegetables is a bit too much… we were not told it was just raw vegetables and expected something fried… as for the main course we liked the tuna steak. But the linguine with clams was disappointing… it tasted well, but we only found 8 clam meat in a plate worth of 26 euros… when telling the waiter, he left with our comment but we heard nothing back from it. Also the risotto was a bit too chewy for our taste. Service lacking, price too steep for the quality you get… if prices were more decent it could be an ok place to go for.

We had definitely our best dinner at the Brasserie a 4 Temps. The restaurant is centrally located in the middle of Carcassonne. Staff is friendly, quick and very attentive. On the menu you can find all traditional classics of the French cuisine and it is cooked to perfection! We’ll definitely come back!

We went here to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had exceptional service and the food was beyond delicious. It was divine. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the wines on offer and he was able to suggest something that would pair well with our meals. Our full cost for an appetizer, two main plates, a dessert, and a bottle of wine was 100€. We live in Paris, so this felt like a steal, ESPECIALLY considering the quality of the food and service.

We had such an excellent experience that we returned the next night. The kitchen staff and server remembered us and one of the chefs sent out a complimentary appetizer for us to enjoy.
