This is by far, the best culinary experience you can find in France, probably Europe.
- the right balance of tastes on every dish is enchanting
- the number of varied, creative, unique ingredients and tastes is incredible
- everything is fresh, natural and beautiful
- well it's simply super good 😊

One thing to improve in my personal opinion:
- I mentioned that the variety was great but there was some repetition along the dishes: especially the overuse of "houttuynia cordata" also called chameleon plant, on many dishes and this is very strong in taste, I would have wanted to see it used in only one dish and have other aromatic pants in other dishes.

And a side note on why I didn't say that this is the best restaurant in the world: it's because Japan has many chefs and restaurants who rival this, and I would say goes even further is depth of experience than Maison Bras. I luckily live in Japan.

Extraordinary. Eighteen hours later and my wife and I are still swapping notes, backtracking through the menu and reminding ourselves of the different courses, the explosion of flavours and textures, the attention to detail and other parts of this unforgettable experience. Just wonderful.

Just superb.

The perfect blend of elegance, minimalism and fine cooking, all served  to you in a spaceship so well integrated in its setting.

We try and go to a restaurant of that category (that is: very best!) every year and Maison Bras did not disappoint, the whole experience being flawless.

Stayed here for the night and went to the restaurant. Everything was stunning. When it comes to the restaurant if you want the tasting menue make sure you come with an apetit! The dishes are not small and after 10 of them you end up stuffed. I could not complain about anything. Everything was wonderful.

The Bras family will make you dive into a unique experience, sharing with you their childhood memories about the Aubrac plateau in each of the dishes.
We really appreciate the efforts made by the staff and the Bras family itself for my birthday as well.
We felt in Love with the location, the venue and its view, the food as well as the impecable service! Well done
