We had the pleasure to try the new menu on the same day it was introduced. The culinary experience was absolutely wonderful for the price! The Chef's menu is really carefully crafted, it deserves kudos.
The same applies for the staff, very professional and friendly. The upstairs room offers more intimacy, and has a small terrace for smokers.
I hope I can soon return and enjoy more dishes, in this highly recommended place offering an incredible bang for the bucks, at least for the "Degustation Menu" for 2.

The food is reliably good although the menu doesn’t change very much. The œufs coulant is a star. The service was friendly. There is less atmosphere in the winter months.

A decent meal in Gaillac. I had roast veal to share with one other which was delicious, plus lots of delicious snacks (the croquettes in particular a real winner).

The food was good. Not amazing. But just good.
The fries was very bad. So soggy and no seasoning.
But the tomato sauce (which I think it was homemade) was quite good and the burger was decent.
I don't think I'll go back but for one time trying is good.

A few years ago we were delighted with this place. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed. The food was good but nothing more. One leaf in the salad was simply rotten. We didn't get any water or bread on the table. Wrong order of aperitif. We felt a bit like intruders, slightly ignored, by the staff.
