What a wonderful, creative restaurant. I couldn't resist having dinner there twice during my three nights in Nimes. The food, wine, Georgiana and her staff made for very satisfying experiences. I hope to get back soon for an expansive tasting menu.

A wonderful dining experience!  The food and wine were first rate.  The room itself is gorgeous and the service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff was outstanding. The kitchen was able to accommodate my gluten allergy with no difficulty at all.  The staff helped us order a taxi and assisted us in getting across town for a concert.  This is truly a gem of a restaurant and we would not hesitate to visit again next time we are in Nimes.  Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious!  The fish was sublime as was the velvety cream of sweet potatoes.  A must in Nimes.
