Amazing French Cuisine! We had a perfect evening with high end food and spend 3 hours eating there. For sure this is not a low budget restaurant, but it’s worth it! Our blind menu has been served by great waiters and a special sommelier. We even got the change to visit the kitchen and see how the chefs are preparing the delicious food. The whole evening there was a highlight and we highly recommend the restaurant if you want to spend a special night out in Uzès. Thanks for having us!

I really wanted to like this place. It is a beautiful setting, with views of the cathedral and a rising moon. We also had a perfect summer night, having cooled off from the hot summer day.  We chose the six course “journey”. The pacing of the night was off completely. We started at 7:45 and the meal took 3.5 hours. And then I waited another 20+ minutes just to pay. The service was tentative all night. We had to ask for water refills and bread to mop up the sauces. The meal was just ok in my opinion (by Michelin expectations).  For three of us it was $600 and I did not have a single Wow moment. Not for presentation, nor for flavors. The courses felt a bit repetitive — several ice cream style quenelles (worked for the hot summer but not innovative). Most of the time the flavors were solid but not wow. Didn’t think it was better than other restaurants in Uzes where we have enjoyed lunches and dinners and great friendly services. The vibe was quite formal, a bit off from the relaxed atmosphere of the town.  I would not describe it as fun. Also, one of us was having her birthday that day. There was zero recognition of it at dinner. Overall it was underwhelming. Many places in Uzes to spend your money and time.

We went there to celebrate our first year married and it was just perfect! The culinary "voyage" by Christophe Ducros was just extraordinary! Great work from the kitchen brigade and restaurant service ! Special note for the sommelier! We will come back again for sure 👏

Genuinely utterly stunning food. We had the 6 course tasting menu and it was superb: delicious, delicate, and incredible flavour combinations. Surprised it only has a single Michelin star - expect a second and third will follow. Really couldn’t recommend it more.

Food was very good but compared to other one star restaurants slightly disappointing. Sommelier was excellent and most of the service both friendly and competent.
