Very classy local French restaurant. We went for a late lunch and it was not too busy, still a good idea to have a reservation. Solid menu options at a very fair price. Nice drink options too! Super friendly waiter!

I visit Montpellier several times a year and have walked by this restaurant countless times, always wanting to eat there. I finally did and I must say it won’t be my last. The ambiance was beautiful, the service was friendly and accommodating and the food was divine.

It doesn’t look like much from the street, but this restaurant built in an ancient market hall is great. We arrived at 7.30 on a Thursday and were the only customers for a while. It’s very cool and they gave me a special stool for my handbag. The other customers were young and beautiful, so we felt a bit out of place. There was no need. The service was friendly and professional, the food was unexpectedly delicious (try the croque monsieur with truffle). The surprise du chef for pudding was truly surprising. I’d go again, but maybe wear black to blend in a bit more.

This place presented well and had good service - you can even have a handy bag stool if you need one. There was more plate than food but otherwise it was tasty. Good place for truffle lovers.
