Amazing and beautifully presented food at New Years’s eve (in particular the ginger crème brûlée, the baby pigeon and chocolate truffles with real truffle). The interior and atmosphere were a little “clinical”, maybe due to dark and misty conditions. Perhaps next time when we get to see the Chef and the panorama we move it to 5 stars…

A culinary experience worthy of the 1 star Michelin! The chefs manages to delight and surprise with every meal. Too few waiters made the wait between the meals a bit long at time, but they tried to accommodate as well as possible.

Excellent, a unique experience. A taste of creative cuisine, with local products, in a really nice environment overviewing the sea. On top of that, you don't get that sensation from other Michelin-starred restaurants where you end up hungry after a supposed meal. You eat very well, you get a creative cuisine, and you are treated like a person. In one word, excellent.

Great location, but too much show and far too little taste. Also far too many dessert like things and too little main course. After two visits, we give up now.
