I was so impressed with the combination of sauces and meat. Everything paired so nicely together. The staff is authentic and attentive. They really want to make sure you have a great experience. The flavors will melt in your mouth!

Might have just been the night - everyone can have an off night - however, this night when trying to make a reservation using my admittedly poor French the only response - and I mean the ONLY response was a one word “non”.  This is only instance in the last few weeks of travelling in France that I’ve encountered this.
Again, could have just been a bad night or a cranky person answering the phone.
Perhaps ask a friend or your hotel or hosts to book for you.
