This is coming from someone who doesn’t eat veggies and fruits. This restaurant made them actually taste good! Excellent wine and desserts as well! The servers were amazing, they explained everything really well. Best service I’ve had in Toulouse!

I was there today with my husband.

This was an amazing experience and I can not wait to experience again.

I found the place online because I was looking for great restaurants with locally sourced produce. The chef grows and collects most of the products used for the dishes, everything else is locally sourced.

We don't have any allergies, so we tried everything as is.

We went for the starter + 2 mains + dessert. (None of us had drinks because we were driving)

The staff is very helpful, we arrived in France yesterday and I have encountered at least 9 people that have rolled their eyes on me for not speaking French 😅, and this was the first experience we had with french people being charming, lovely and polite. Seriously made lunch much much smoother!

Food was amazing. Balanced flavors, textures, it was truly amazing.

Having a partner in the business, I have visited numerous high end restaurants in and around Toulouse. I must say “en pleine nature” was definitely one of the better restaurants. The food was great in taste and in plating, as is expected for the price. The wine pairing was excellent and the wines were all interesting and had their own character. However, the service is where this restaurant really shined. The staff is friendly and engaging, without being overwhelming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great restaurant.
The food was great, a true sensorial experience. The choice of wine was just the best.
But the true cherry on the cake was the personnel, always gentle and attentive
It was a pleasure to see also the chef coming to the tables at the end of the night

To this day, still one of the best meal we’ve had in Toulouse. Last we came here was 3 years ago before the pandemic, but recommend this place to my friends along with Sarran and Le Cénacle. I have to go back soon. En Plein Nature is outside Toulouse a quick extra 15 minute drive from hyper-ville but it’s worth it. The vibe and ambience is lovely, the staff are professional, the food portion is great and the taste and plating is indeed elevated. For the price it’s not as expensive as other Michelin star rated restaurants, come for lunch you’ll get the same dinner experience for a better price. The entrance is through the back. They have the bakery up front.
