Went there with the family and we all enjoyed it very much! Nice cocktail and mocktail for the kids. Delicious and beautiful dishes. Best salmon we had in any restaurant , perfectly cooked. Would come here again when in Balma!

Located in the quaint neighbourhood of Balma sits L Équilbre that is just a 20 minutes drive from Toulouse.  We enjoyed every moment in the restaurant and the food from the tasting menu was sure not to disappoint - it showcased the chef's deep understanding of flavours and textures that created a harmony with every spoonful. The service standards at this place were extremely high, and the staff even advised us to re-park the car in order to enjoy the experience fully.

Will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone who is visiting Toulouse.

It’s about 3 months advance booking in this establishment..So we had quite the expectations coming in. I’ve had better taste and plate composition in other restaurants before and the overall experience for me, wasn’t as memorable as my experience in other restaurants so I gave it a 4. Flavor wise I would have loved it with a bit more creativity. Serving size was very good though, by the end of my 2nd plate..I was already very full but I can imagine for a man dining in, it would be perfect. Service is great, reliant and efficient, professional. They even sent a message to ask if we prefer exterior seating or interior. The attention to detail is breath of fresh air. The interior space’s vibe is quite ordinary and the patio is kind of basic but the weather was lovely, but of course everything here is over average since it is a fine dining restaurant. Would come back again if I was in Balma.

Fabulous fine dining. We had a splendid birthday celebration, eating from the fixed menus and a la carte. Lovely amuse and a pre starter of squash mousse on a bed of artichoke and pecan. Beautifully presented main courses and delicious desserts. Mine was a playful elevation of a snickers bar. A special place to dine.
