Incredible experience! The food is so well prepared and presented. Great service as well, and the personell speak english. Oh, the French kitchen is a lovely one, and du Pont is totally living up to it! Must visit, if in the Nantes area, and you like to go somewhere off the beaten (tourist) tracks!
