This was our fourth visit to the restaurant and superb. The food was as always exquisitely prepared and presented so artistically.  The first course of poached egg with slivers of duck smd legumes was fabuloys.  A first course of poached cod was with carrots and other vegetables was so light and terrific, and the second course of pigeon breat and confit of pigeon with celeraic  could not have been better. Dessert  with fresh figs, yoghurt, financiers, and  berry sauce was a dream. The appetizers, citron bread and homemade butter plus the original post-dessert temptations were nearly another meal.  The local rose wine was perfect, service was very attentive and the light-filled room provided a wonderful ambiance.  We enjoyed it thoroughly!t

Great food, nice flavours. Dessert took 45 minutes for our table and despite indicating the time, is was taking too long. Especially when you see other tables arriving later and having their dessert already. The excuse was that it was so busy, but that should never be at the expense of the customer, certainly not in a restaurant with a Michelin star. Customer experience should come first and if you have too few staff, you have to make fewer tables available, not fully booked and just see how you manage.
