The food was excellent throughout the whole experience. We chose the largest menu option. Wines were really well selected by the sommelier and details on their origin were provided. The plating was beautiful and seeing how they grow their own herbs and get their ingredients from local suppliers was a big plus!
Overall we had a great time but the service felt understaffed since we had to constantly keep asking to get a refill of water and wine to the waiters and the whole experience lasted about 3h (we were a table of 4 people only). Some attention to details could be improved like removing crumbles on the table or folding napkins when a guest leaves the table (but again, it would require more staff).
Absolutely recommend this experience if you have enough time to spend in a restaurant. Definitely worth a Michelin star in my opinion.

The food is always memorable and the flavor combinations are creative without distracting from the wonderfully prepared dishes. L'equipe is very friendly, yet always professional.  We return whenever we have the opportunity. Bravo again.

A truly wonderful meal, every platter a delicious surprise. Bravo to the chef and his team both in the kitchen and on the floor. It was my second visit, I am ready for my third!

We are regular visitors to La Turballe, but didn't see this place during our visit in August 2022.  We ate there tonight (Thur 15 June).  We opted for the Menu Découverte.  It was simply brilliant.  Four courses plus a range of Amuses Bouches to delight the taste buds.  Being in a fishing town, the menu features a lot of seafood.

We were so impressed, we've already booked a table for our next visit to La Turballe, in August.  In between times, we have to go home for a while!
