Un restaurant gastronomique qui gagnerait à être connu et reconnu !

Mis à part la cuisson du poulpe, tout était parfait ! Je félicite le chef qui arrive à sublimer ses ingrédients, pour beaucoup locaux (voir même du jardin) et le service qui était excellent.
Vous pourrez suivre le repas d'une balade digestive dans un jardin digne des plus grands châteaux de France ! Félicitations aux équipes de jardinier qui font un travail exceptionnel.

Et pour finir, merci aux propriétaires qui subliment ce patrimoine et le mettent en valeur !

Apart from cooking the octopus, everything was perfect! I congratulate the chef who manages to sublimate his ingredients, many of them local (or even from the garden) and the service which was excellent.
You can follow the meal with a digestive stroll in a garden worthy of the greatest castles in France! Congratulations to the gardening teams who are doing an exceptional job.
