Fusion Japanese and French restaurant that will not disappoint you at all. Menu is chosen by the chef that will cook in front of you all the fantastic meals explaining the flavours, the ingredients and driving you through is culture. Fixed price menu (45€), suggested a bottle of good French wine, you don't have to think about what to order, the chef will do everything for you. I would really recommend this place and will definitely come back here when visiting Angers again.

Le concept est original, mais je préfère choisir mes plats , car je ne suis pas de ceux qui disent je n’aime pas sans avoir goûté. C’est bon et simple, la cuisson à la plancha est une technique que je pratique mais elle n’a rien d’élaborée. Le terme de cuisine gastronomique est un peu exagérée.
Pour finir je trouve que 4 plats plus dessert c’est beaucoup trop , je n’aime pas sortir d’un restaurant en ayant cette sensation d’avoir trop mangé.

It's good and simple, cooking on the plancha is a technique that I practice but there is nothing elaborate about it. The term gourmet cuisine is a bit of an exaggeration.
Finally, I find that 4 courses plus dessert is way too much, I don't like leaving a restaurant with the feeling of having eaten too much.
