this is a little gem of a gastronomic restaurant hidden among the scenic banks of the mighty Sarthe tributary in the Loire Valley offering guests a magical fusion of exotic eastern delicacies and local western produce  in a relaxing atmosphere with attentive  knowledgeable staff and first class chefs. Only an hour away from Paris by TGV or 2 hours drive from the Normandy coast … not to be missed!!

Such a wonderful expeience with the tasting menu. As a filipina, i could taste the hints of the familiar filipino flavors but also the wonderful fusion w french delicate tastes. All filipinos should go and see how we can be proud of this restaurant. And all others to experience a twist to french cuisine. Bravo!
