I’ve had the pleasure of staying at some of the most luxurious hotels across many countries, and the Carlton Cannes certainly ranks among the top five. The service is exceptional, and the atmosphere exudes elegance and cleanliness. The staff, from room service to restaurant employees, the concierge, and the luggage service, are impressively polite and professional. On my first night, I arrived late, and the restaurants were closed. A tall, kind gentleman from the concierge personally walked me to a nearby Greek restaurant—a thoughtful gesture. When I was leaving and didn’t have cash on hand, I inquired about using a card to leave a tip for the luggage service. Though this option wasn’t available, they graciously assured me that my satisfaction was enough. Mr. Rachid and his team at the luggage service left me with a lasting impression, and I’m already thinking of returning to this wonderful hotel.

The hotel itself is very opulent. Rich in history, beautiful in architectural structure but the madness of all the guests due to the big renovation 2 years ago. Full of rich people trying to flash their wealth. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of 5* hotels in Thailand have better breakfast at fraction of the price.
We got upgraded to premium garden view but the room is very tiny and next to the emergency staircase so the space and the shape of the room wasn’t great.

Location is prime. Great food and service. Spacious top floor suite with nice balcony, beautiful ocean view right in front. Classic / traditional vintage French royalty style furnishings and decorations. Good time.

My wife and I attended The Carlton Cannes for our honeymoon during the second week of September.

The start of our trip went differently than planned. We made the mistake of booking the wrong room; the hotel worked tirelessly to assist us in finding what we required. The hotel was near maximum capacity, so this task was challenging.

Although the hotel was busy due to the Cannes yacht show, we received fantastic service from the concierge, reception team, and guest relations.

When our plans had to be adjusted due to unexpected weather, Alice in guest relations was a true lifesaver. Her proactive approach and attention to detail ensured that our surprises were rescheduled seamlessly and to a highly professional standard.

Eva was the star of our stay. She made us feel welcome and happy and guaranteed our stay would be unforgettable. She fixed every obstacle that emerged, no matter how big or small, all in a calm, confident manner, with a smile on her face.

We look forward to returning.

Stayed with family and baby i must say it was amazing service! Really loved the hospitality from the valet people to security as well! When we entered the receptionist were really friendly and fast to check us in! Cant wait to be back! Isaiah loved the toy bear as well!
