Wonderful atmosphere.. amazing for a drink in the weekend. Little chic hidden gem in Nice ✨🤍

I must say though, service was a little slow on a busy night, 30mins to get a drink brought to the table

Positive points: decoration, location, fresh and not too salty food ! ❤

Area for improvement: seniorize the teams. Feels like a playground on the patio for afternoon drinks - maybe give them a real break room so they can chat and exchange with each other ? And a smoking room for the staff who use the patio on the customer terrace?
Overall, they're young and maybe need to act more from a customer point of view ?

On the whole, I had a very pleasant 5 night stay at Hotel Amour Nice. All the staff were very friendly and attentive and the hotel rooms, lobby, bar all have so much character. Air conditioning was very good in my room. Nice little pool and spot on the roof. Not a long walk to the Hotel Amour beach club and although hotel guests get first dispensation on the front row, the sun loungers are still €30 a pop which is worth factoring in. Hotel lobby has lots of space to set up and work on your laptop which I inventively did. Service is slow in the restaurant for breakfast. You can leave your cases with reception but they just leave them lying out in the lobby and honestly the receptionist did nothing to verify the case was mine when I went to it and said “can I take my case back?” - it was a different receptionist to the one I left it with. Security needs improved there. There is a multi-storey parking lot very close by. All in all this was a cool hotel and I’d come back.

Highly recommend this hotel! This is one of the most unique boutique hotels I have ever visited. It is beautifully decorated with excellent attention to detail. We were able to check in early around 9am which was much appreciated. They have glass water jugs with tap water on ice in the lobby and housekeeping replaces water in your room daily. The staff were wonderful and provided great local recommendations. Breakfast was delicious.
