Loved this hotel. Everything is the highest standard. Especially the pink room, feel like home. Spa is nice too. Only thing is gym is a bit small, but I guess not many people use it ; )

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great staff. Clean rooms. Decor is great including art work on each floor that is enjoyable to walk around and see when you have time. We also enjoyed the bar here a lot and breakfast there. Right on the water.

Beautiful building massive reputation.! Not sure why super unwelcoming unless clearly rich. Just wanted to have an overpriced cocktail in the bar told it was full. Walked by the bar window and it was 75% empty. Hope your renovations go poorly.  Thanks for nothing

My husband who is internationally famous and I have visited Nice annually for quite a few years we have stayed at this hotel and visit it every year I was absolutely shocked yesterday when we were turned away from the massive main entrance to be rudely informed we have to queue around the side despite tables being free they were making people queue I presume for a reason! People were being allowed in casually dressed which shocked us
What have they turned this beautiful classy hotel into a tourist site seeing trap with no dress or etiquette code we went next door to the WestEnd hotel and had the most amazing food along with being made to feel welcome!
